Hours & Rates

Standard hours are
8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Earlier drop off and/or later pick up can be accommodated upon request. A calendar including days I am closed will be distributed in
August each year.
Full-time care is preferred, but part-time care may also be available. Please contact me for current rates.

I am conveniently located in a peaceful Rochester Hills neighborhood near
Auburn & Livernois
(2887 Walsh Dr.
Rochester Hills, MI).
I am licensed and have a smoke-free, pet-free home with a large fenced in backyard. I am CPR and First Aid certified.

Meals
​
Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are provided each day. Both breakfast and lunch include fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, and kid-friendly, nutritious foods. A small treat is also included at lunch. I also offer a snack station for parents (breakfast bars, snacks, coffee, etc.) for when you are running late or need a little pick me up at the end of the day.
Meet Stephanie
Hi! I’m Stephanie and I am the owner of Kindness Counts Childcare.
I opened my home-based program in August 2022 after 25+ years as a Director and Lead Teacher at a local childcare center. I graduated from Rochester University with a degree in Psychology, minoring in Early Childhood Education. I use my love of children, education and many years of experience to provide the best possible care for the children entrusted to me.
